i'll be traveling to China in about 3 weeks for ten days (technically 8 since about 2 days will be flying

) and i ordered a good 10 rolls of my new favorite 35mm film, Adox CHS, to use while i was there.
but then i remembered... X-RAYS might ruin my film! i don't want a good $45 to go to waist! and most importantly, i don't know what would happen if i couldn't take pictures while i was there!

i came up with two ideas...
1) wrapping the film cassettes in tinfoil, putting them in the plastic and back into the box.
2) showing the security my bag of film or each case and hoping they'll let me through.
but maybe i'm worrying too much? will the cardboard box, plastic container, plastic bag, and being surrounded by clothes protect it enough? will they care if it's wrapped in tinfoil?
i would really like your suggestions on what to do or some calming words before i get my ass in trouble in China for having a mysterious package wrapped in tinfoil in my suitcase
